Harmful Effects Of Smartphone On Teenagers :- 

Today I tooked one of most serious  topic of 2017 . As , this is the era of SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY , Day by day this technology getting more advance then before and one of the most revolutionary change and gift of the SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY is ( SMARTPHONE ) , Well smartphone is now our daily buddy on which we are now fully depended , All our daily task is unfortunately ddifficult without our smartphone . As we manage our (SOCIAL AND PERSONAL ) both life via smartphone , So we can't leave our smartphone for a single hour . As every new thing brings a new curiosity in the new minds and same in term of Smartphone the new generation teens are getting more and more interested in (SMARTPHONE &  INTERNET ) , Today more than half of the teens regularly  use their smartphones , and in it 1/3 are the teens who use their smartphone more than 9 hours , 

                 Well we already know (EXCESSS USE OF ANYTHING BRINGS EXCESS  AMOUNT OF DRAWBACKS ) , Same smartphone also brings a lot of biggest problem which is completely change a whole life of a teen in a very harsh and extreme condition . 

                          Here I'm Going To Discuss About 7 Top Harmful Side Effects Of Smartphone On Teenagers ...



1. TEEN TENDONITIS ( T.T.T) :- 

》 Well excess messaging over SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS leads to ( Teen Tendonitis) . This is not any type of disorder actually it is one of the most worst side effects of using smartphone nowdays which most of the teens are facing right now . It causes :- 

■ PAIN IN HEAD .

□ PAIN IN BACK .

■ PAIN IN NECK .

□ POSTURE GET AFFECTED .

■ IT ALSO LEADS TO IMPAIRED VISION .

□ ANGER AND UNSTABLITY IN BRAIN . 

2. STRESS :- 

》 Well having a smartphone in the hand of teenagers will tempt them to spend all day in talking or texting and instead of doing any productive work they just waste their useful time over texting and talking , this all leads them to lay down toward stress , which make them prone to stress and fatigue . It causes :- 

■ PRONE TO STRESS

□ PRONE TO FATIGUE 

■ PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS 

□ FELLING OF PRESSURIZED 

■ LACK OF SLEEP MAKE THEM WEAK AND ANGRY 

3. SLEEP LOSS :- 

》 Well most of the teens keep their smartphones nearby to them to quickly respond to any text and calls , this leads them towards lack of sleep and due to lack of sleeping they get suffers from :- 

■  MAKE THEM ANGRY 

□ MAKE THEM TO FEEL MORE PRESSURIZED THEN BEFORE

■ PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS 

□ MAKE THEM MORE WEEK

■ VISION RELATED DISORDERS 

□ PAIN IN HEAD 

4. ACCIDENTS :- 

》 Well most of the teens more likely to respond on calls and texts at the time when they are driving or riding , this one irresponsible step leads them towards a major accident , which cost their lives . Even the government of U.S has also proven that traffic crashes are the leading cause of death in teens .It only cost your life , So , please remember your love once before doing this irresponsible activity anymore.

5. INCREASES ANXIETY :- 

》 Well relying on texting as a primary mode of communication can increase anxiety in teens . Texting is instantly gratifying , but it also produces anxiety . The instant reply by the friend brings joy and elation . But in case of delayed response or no response , this same pleasure turns into disappointed . It leads to :-

■ LACK OF  WAITING 

□ DEPRESSION 

■ LACK OF SLEEP 

□ OVER THINKING 

6. RISK OF CANCER :- 

》 Well  a research shows that electromagnetic radiations which emits from our smartphone get absorbed in the tissue when we hold the phone for long time . Our nervous system specially of teens are still developing and just dur to their one irresponsible step their life get over s great risk of developing brain cancer from cell phones than adults , So, stay safe and love your loving ones . 

7. CYBER BULLING :- 

》 As according to a poll which was conducted by FIGHT CRIME INVEST IN KIDS , nearly one-third of the teens are victims do not know the identity of the perpetrators .


♥ SOME STEPS TO OVERCOME SMARTPHONE ADDICTION .......

★ Negotiate with your teens what should be the acceptable amount of time and money spent on smartphones 

★ Tell him/her to curb his/her impulse of replying to the text . 

★ While driving or riding just turn off your smartphone , this is one of the best options to save your life .

★ Turn your smartphone off before going to sleep .

★Teach your teens that the conversation on smartphone not more than of 20 minutes , this one step make them protect from brain cancer .

★ Do regular exercise , 

★ Do meditation for better concentration .

★ Eat a healthy diet .

★ Stop over thinking and start smart thinking .
