■ HOW TO OVERCOME DEPRESSION :-



:- We all are humans and there are sometimes comes which make us feel like the things are not get better again , we start thinking that our life are just aimless , hopeless,  and most of all trustless . All this happen because we humans give up trust on ownself very quickly , but we never knows that all these is leads us to something which make ourself so weak , and that's nothing but the worst of our feelings , it's the feelings of depression . 

                    Well nobody wants to live a hopeless , devastated , unmotivated and overwhelming life , because we human are always being selfish for ourselves , but their are some point in every human life that no matter what the gender weather a boy or a girl a man or a women everyone have to face once in their life that is the feeling that make them feel that they are useless , they are weeds , they are unworthy , this all bad feelings is a combined mixture which togetherly named DEPRESSION . 

                       Well I am not sure that whether I'm true or not but I'm gonna to tell you ( SIX REAL TRUTH ABOUT DEPRESSION ) . So , just relax and I'm gonna to help you to fight with your depression . 


1. Well many of us think that depression is just a bad mood but no depression is more than a bad mood , even a bad mood get changed but if you start feeling depressed then that leads to your inner mental illness which is definitely not a good sign . 

2. Well according to a report their are one in every 33 child and one in every 8 adolescents are badly affected by depression , and this data is getting increasing by 10 percent in every 10 year . So , the child and adolescents both are getting a bad impact on their mental health , and this leads them to get affected by mental illness . 

3. Well humans are just full of thoughts and according to me more you think the more you will get in deep thought and if you fails in your ideas , thoughts , you will definitely get in deep mental anxiety , and depression starts affecting you and your mindfulness brain . 

4. Well many of us blame other and give them as a reason of making them feel depress and just get more and more depressed from inside , well many of us don't know that depression is fueled by our inner critic , as according to Dr.  Robert Firestone , he was a psychologist and according to him depression is "CRITICAL INNER VOICE" . Which make us weak and make us hopeless . 

5 . Well anger is always act as a producer which produces depression inside us , We all know that anger is always harmful for us and  for our loving ones but it's a human mentality if anything not work as according to our thoughts , we just get angry , and after getting angry we just devastate everything and as soon our anger gone then we realise what the wrong things you did , and this give a birth to depression in your mind . 

6 . Feeling that you are nothing is one of the major cause of living a depressed life , as according to human mentality we always think that we are not like other , we can't be like him/her , we all just think that we are nothing in front of other successful peoples but , it never comes in our mind that if a successful man too think off all that thoughts then should he would get successful , well according to me it's absolutely not every success journey begin from the inside of human , because we all are human and we all have a power of doing , archiving , we all are equal not different . 




》 SOME STEPS  TO OVERCOME DEPRESSION :- 

■ WELL IF YOU START FELLING DEPRESSED JUST LISTEN MUSIC WHICH MAKES YOU FEEL HAPPY AND AVOID SAD SONGS BECAUSE IT WELL MAKE YOU MORE DEPRESSED THAN BEFORE . SO , JUST LISTEN GOOD AND YOUR FAVOURITE MUSIC WHICH MAKE YOUR MINDSET CHARGE FROM A DEPRESSED MINDSET TO A HEALTHY MINDSET . 

■ REMARK MY WORDS PEOPLE WHO IS ISOLATED WITH OTHER PEOPLE OR PEOPLE WHO ARE LESS SOCIAL THEY GET DEPRESSED QUITE FAST THEN A SOCIAL PERSON , SO NEXT TIP FOR YOU IS STAY CONNECTED WITH ALL YOUR LOVEING ONES . BECAUSE IF YOU STAY CONNECTED WITH OTHERS THEN YOUR LONLYNESS WILL VANISHED AND HAPPINESS ENTERS IN YOUR LIFE . SO , DEPRESSION IS ABSOLUTLY GONE .  

■ BEFORE ACHIEVING SOMETHING BIG JUST CREATOR A SMALL LIST OF GOALS THAT YOU ACHIEVED AND THAT GOALS THAT YOU HAVE TO ACHIEVIE AND YOU ARE GONING TO ACHIVE , SO BY DOING THIS YOU WILL GET A TARGET AND IF YOU HAVE A TARGET THEN NO DEPRESSION HAVE  A SINGLE CHANCE TO SURVIVE IN YOUR MINDSET ANYMORE .

■ DO A REGULAR EXERCISE , EXERCISE KEEP YOU FIT NOT JUST  YOUR BODY BUT A HEALTHY MIND TOO . SO , DO EXERSISE AND JUST FORGET YOUR BAD THOUGHTS AND STRESS . 

■ EAT HEALTHY TO BE HEALTHY , WELL THIS IS MOST COMMON BUT A VERY USE FULL TIP , WELL MANY PEOPLE ARE SO BUSY IN THEIR WORKS SO , THEY DON'T GIVE TIMES ON THEIR FOOD AND JUST EAT ALL THAT INSTANT JUNK FOOD WHICH DEFINITELY NOT GOOD FOR THEM , SO BE HEALTHY AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH . 

■ BE FOCUSED ON YOUR AIM YOUR TARGET , JUST FOCUS ON ALL YOUR THOUGHTS , THIS GONNA TO HELP YOU TO FIGHT WITH INNER STRESS .

■  DON'T OVER HESITATE OF DOING ANYTHING , BECAUSE OF HESITATION MANY OF US FEEL DEPRESSED , SO STAY POSITVE  AND DON'T HESITATE .

■ LAUNCHING IS BEST MEDICINE FOR ALL YOUR PROBLEMS . SO , MAKE YOUR SELF LAUGH AND WATCH FUNNY VIDEOS , AND MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY . 

■ SLEEP WELL AND GET A UNREASONALBLE AMOUNT OF SLEEP OF ATLEAST 6-7 HOURS . 

■ FOR GETTING FOCUSED DO MEDITATION .

■ STOP OVER THINKING .

Amazing blog. Tips you shared like Exercise, Music, Talk with friends is very helpful for me to overcome depression. but one more thing which is helpful for relaxing mind is depression supplements online.
