◆ We all have some problems some of them is to big and to difficult to face up and the other are the small which not much difficult to face up but , in both big as well as small problems gives us some pressure  and these pressure keeps up increasing because difficulties never gonna to end from human life until they are alive , these big pressure named as the term "stress" . 

            STRESS never good for our body as well as for our mind . If your life is full of STRESS , there are some tips mentioned below which gonna to help you little bit more to overcome your problem of STRESS, I won't guarantee that these tips really works gonna to work for you or not but , you must try these tips once because their never gonna to loss for you if you are learning and implementing new things in your life , So, must try these tips once ......

1. SIMPLIFY YOUR SCHEDULE :- 

》 The most first step towards overcoming stress from your life is just learn first to manage your busy schedule . As we are in 21st century we all have a very busy life but some of us have their schedule well organised and these schedule keep them remain stress free and make them feel relax and happy but most of us like me too have a non organised schedule which definitely keeps us frustrated and angry as well as it also fills up our life full of stress and anxiety . 

                So  what we have to do is just make a well organised schedule and keep our every single piece of work well organised and if our work is well organised then definitely we feel relax and enjoy .

2. JUST DEVELOP A HEALTHY HABIT IN THIS MONTH :- 

》 As after you have a well organised schedule then you also have to keep your body fit and healthy for this you have to develop a healthy habit which makes you fit and alert for managing your busy and a well organised schedule . If you are that type of person who have a organised schedule but you don't have a healthy habit then my friend you can't enjoy a healthy lifestyle and stress comes up again in your life , 

               So,  next is you have to develop a healthy habit in this month and your a healthy habit completely change your lifestyle . 

3. BE EARLY BE SMART :- 

》 After following all the above tips mention in this article here comes one more challenging tip which you must have to follow . Well we all have little bit laziness inside us , sspecially when it comes us to wake up early in the morning we all feel little bit lazy , but we rather forget that just fir 5-6 minutes more nap we are harming ourself very badly , as we kill time this leads to make our schedule unorganised and as I tell earlier about make your schedule well organised but if your schedule will mot be well organised then definitely you have to face stress . 

                     So, from today promise yourself to wake up early to reduce the problem of your stress from your life and make your life healthy and fit . 

4. BE A FITNESS FREEK :- 

》 Well if you are following my all mentioned steps and tips then you must have to follow this one because it keeps you healthy and happy so, if you are healthy then you never gonna to face stress like problems ever . For being fit you can go gym or if you don't have more time for gym then the best is you can do morning yoga . Yoga keeps your mind and body both in its well state . 

          So , form today onwards you have to start gym oder yoga as according to your time and if you start doing yoga or gym then your body feels good which , and definitely you gonna to feel relaxing and stress form your mind get over and  out for now then forever. 

5.  ALL YOU NEED IS TO DO ONE THINK AT A TIME :- 

》 This is the last and the final step as per my research and knowledge , guys if you are doing multiple takes at the same time then it directly affect your mind and your mind gonna to feel tired and if your mind feels tired then definitely you have to face difficulties and the multiple tasks you did to all that tasks you did is not as much perfect and accurate as if it did alone . 

                    So, you must have to do a task at a time because if you did more number of tasks at a time then you have to face difficulties as well as stress in your life , So , stop doing multiple tasks at a time and startdoing single task at a time ,
