HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR :- 

As per my views and thoughts over thinking of anything results to fear . Today the problem is that most of the peoples cling to their fears , because they think that it's a prat of them . If you aren't ready to face your fears , you probably won't be able to transcend them . 

       Most of the people blame time for their fears but there's nothing wrong in that time because the development of fear is inside your body no one can able to develop fear in you until and unless you don't want to get in fear . 

               If you are reading this article then I'm pretty sure that you are ready to take some steps forward to overcome your fear and to develop confidence inside yourself .

           Their are 15 steps which definitely help you up to overcome your fear fully . 

1. AWARENESS  just before you begin to overcome your fear you must have to be aware that your fears are causing havoc in your life and you have to overcome through it . It's so easy to get so attached to your thoughts and feelings that you think they are all that exist , which may be further from the truth . 

2. CURIOSITY be curious about your life and new things and remember a thing that getting curious  about any of the thing  from which you have a fear must be in a positive direaction . 

3. SEDONA METHOD  another simple system to overcome your fears is the SEDONA METHOD . This method consists of asking a few simple questions while you are focusing on your fear.  It's so simple and most of the time help you to prevent your bad move . 4. GRATITUDE  whenever you feel fear , switch it over to what you are grateful for instead . If you're afraid of public speaking , just be grateful for the opportunity to communicate with so many people, so, whenever your fear is in your front just be positive and be grateful because GRATITUDE IS THE RIGHT ATTITUDE.  

5. POSITIVITY  the most important point of this article be positive.  Just be positive of your work , just be positive about yourself , because if you are positive then their is not a single chance of fear comes up in your body . Any situation from harsh to blunder just remember a thing you have to be positive , BE POSITVE ! 

6. UNDERSTAND FAILURE  we all human have a fear by birth that is the fear of being a failure , well we all work best and super best in our fields of work but sometimes we have to face failure . Getting fail in any field make us so , hopeless and their comes the most worst side their will be a fear of getting fail developed inside your mind . Remember getting fail is not the end of your big career , because to fulfil your big dreams by worldclass thoughts you have to face failure may be once , may be twice or may be more than that but remember  a thing that the  end is gonna to be the worth watching . 

7. ASK when fear is in front of you just ask from yourself WHY I'M IN FEAR , OF WHAT I'M FEAR OF , just remember if you really ask these two questions from yourself then your fear can't survive more inside you . So, just ask from yourself. 

8. NEURO LINGUSITIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)  if you are more emotional and you are facing a lot more problem due to your emotions , phobias , You have to attend NLP seminars , well this seminar was firstly introduced by RICHARD BANDLER , in this seminar their are some entrepreneurs who help you to overcome your bad emotions . 

9. TALK  well no one gonna to give you that advice but , this is most important aspects to overcome your fear , If you have some fear inside you just try to explain your fears to your loyal  because , if you talk about your fears to anyone confidently then that fear us no more exist inside you . 

10. EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECNIQUES (EFT)  as according to this technique you can overcome your emotions specially bad emotions  , just you have to stop overthinking and start meditating . This technique is highly appreciated by most of the entrepreneurs and nuro doctors , So , must meditate regularly . 

11. WORK  give your work your first priority , what you are even you are a student or a working man just remember your work is your first priority . Because fear exits where fault exists , so make sure that you have to do your work in as much as best possible way . 

12. READ  reading good books on your specific fear can open new doors to overcome through it . Reading books inspire you more , this also help you to overcome your bad thoughts , so remember whenever you are free just read the books which is releated to your fear . 

13. TAKE ACTIONS  be an action taker , the more you take action the more you can overcome your fears to . When you take action and face your fears , they become your strength and the fear get vanished inside from you .

14. HELP  be kind to others . If you're shy , focus on helping people instead of being self conscious  about how you look or  sound when talk .So help others .
